I am a self-taught home baker who has been baking for about 15 years now. I am currently living in Copenhagen but was born and raised in England. My day job is working as a scientist but I am always looking for excuses to practice baking in my spare time.

I have always had a sweet tooth and love decorating so cakes are definitely my favourite things to bake but I dabble in other sweet treats and the occasional savoury dish too.
